Individual work

In individual therapy, I provide a safe, compassionate, and confidential space for you to explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. With no judgement, we will work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of life you would like to change, cultivate insight, set personal goals, and work towards desired change.

People seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons, from coping with major life challenges or childhood trauma, to dealing with depression or anxiety, to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge. I treat a wide variety of issues from a holistic perspective, with an integrative and individualized approach. Most importantly, the therapeutic process will be directed by you, the client.

My role is to hold a space for you. Within that space, I want you to feel safe to explore all of the things that have been clouding your thoughts, affecting your decisions, and impacting your life. I will sit with you in that space and examine these items in a non-judgmental way. This will not always be comfortable, but it is a path forward, and I will be there with you as we journey that path.
